What information should I include? ▾
For equipment: target product (alloy, gauge, width), required production capacity, site location. For a plant: all of the above plus budget range, raw material source and timeline.
Do you provide installation services? ▾
Yes. We provide installation supervision and commissioning engineers for all major equipment. Installation team costs and travel arrangements are included in the project proposal.
What payment terms do you accept? ▾
T/T (wire transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), D/P. Typical schedule: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment or as L/C at sight.
Do you provide a warranty? ▾
Yes. Standard 12-month warranty from commissioning date. Spare parts, remote diagnosis and on-site repair services are available throughout the equipment lifecycle.
